Everyone Is Impressed By The Most Powerful AI - ChatGPT

Recently, OpenAI released a new chatbot model called ChatGPT, but it quickly became popular due to its high-quality answers, efficient access to information, and addictive interactive experience.

ChatGPT could kill journalists, programmers, and search engines in a stroke exclaimed many who experienced it. Even Musk couldn't resist tweeting that ChatGPT is scary good and we're not far from dangerous and powerful AI.

ChatGPT has set a new record after reaching the million-user mark in the fastest time (five days) in December. After announcing the launch of ChatGPT Plus for $20 a month yesterday, OpenAI got another big boost as ChatGPT reached 100 million monthly active users.

Just two months after its launch, ChatGPT had more than 100 million monthly active users by the end of January 2023, making it the fastest-growing consumer app in history. It took TikTok nine months to reach 100 million users, while it took Instagram Two and a half years, according to Sensor Tower. The report cites data from analytics firm Similarweb that show ChatGPT had an average of 13 million unique visitors per day in January, more than double the number in December 2022.

In addition, according to a ranking compiled by World of Engineering, It took 6.5 years for iTunes to reach 100 million users, 5 years for Twitter, 4.5 years for Meta (Facebook), and 3.5  years for WhatsApp.

After its launch on November 30, ChatGPT has quickly become immensely for almost everyone. Many users have stayed up all night chatting with ChatGPT to find out what it can do. When tested, ChatGPT seemed like an all-purpose warrior that could chat, write code, fix bugs, act as a smart speaker, and more.

Although ChatGPT generated a lot of discussions online, not everyone liked it. The International Conference on Machine Learning (ICML) banned submissions to papers generated using ChatGPT. Nature also expressly stated that ChatGPT could not be the author of the article. In addition, some educational institutions in the United States have blocked access to ChatGPT on their networks and devices due to concerns that AI tools could disrupt education.

But a series of bans has not stopped ChatGPT's momentum. Starting in 2023, Microsoft is in talks to invest $10 billion in OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT. Microsoft says it plans to integrate ChatGPT into Bing, which will allow users to personalize some of their searches directly. This will inevitably drive the promotion and development of ChatGPT.

In fact, ChatGPT has been a hot topic recently. However, it's only been a little over two months since its release. People need to have a more comprehensive understanding of it. As it continues to evolve and update, ChatGPT's future will be even more exciting to watch.
